atmosphere

A level’s sky as its layout (.arl) has it: the sky dome, the sun (direction, colour, the colour on characters), the atmosphere’s scattering, fog and moon and the clouds, each value by its field’s name, the frame effects with their parameters (da_bloom, da_hsvmatrix), and the wind. These are the file’s, before a script’s SetAtmosphere.

Read-only: it writes nothing.
